This bill prohibits judges from requiring that an individual give testimony in another state regarding abortions that another person received. CPAC believes abortion is always a human tragedy, opposes its protection, and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 17, 2023 by a vote of 33-11 and the bill later became law.
