This bill allows physicians to administer hormone replacement therapies to minors aged 16 years or older without the consent of their parents. CPAC opposes efforts to co-opt the rights of parents and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on June 27, 2023 by a vote of 71-65 and the bill later became law.
