Vote Description
This bill prohibits employers from requiring employees to enter into noncompete agreements with them. CPAC opposes government micromanagement of the workplace and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 14, 2024 by a vote of 79-56 but Governor Mills vetoed the bill.
