This bill prohibits employers from using trackers, cameras, or other task-monitoring software to oversee the work that their employees are doing. CPAC opposes government micromanagement of the workplace and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on May 25, 2023 by a vote of 28-5 and the bill later became law.
