Vote Description
This bill prohibits employers from requiring employees to enter into noncompete agreements with them. CPAC opposes government micromanagement of the workplace and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 28, 2024 by a vote of 20-11 but Governor Mills vetoed the bill.
