This bill prohibits certain medical professionals from helping children reverse the effects of gender dysphoria. CPAC believes that children should be given the opportunity to escape the grip of radical gender ideology and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on June 14, 2023 by a vote of 56-53 and the bill later became law.
