This bill requires contractors to enter into Project Labor Agreements for many wind and solar energy projects. CPAC opposes these government mandates that usually result in forcing union wages on businesses seeking a contract and opposed this bill. The House passed the bill on June 26, 2024, by a vote of 56-54, and the bill later became law.
