Vote Description
This bill calls for a background investigation of any business that applies for asbestos abatement project in order to reject any business that has a poor environmental record. CPAC opposes these arbitrary threats to businesses and opposed this bill. The Senate passed the bill on February 27, 2024 and the bill later became law.
