This bill requires, beginning January 1, 2026, that every insurance policy provide coverage of contraception at any in-network pharmacy. CPAC opposes these mandates that drive up the cost of insurance and include no religious exemption and opposed this bill. The Senate passed the bill on December 11, 2024, by a vote of 27-9, but the bill was not taken up in the House.
