This bill prevents children from being extradited from the state of Minnesota if they are attempting to receive radical gender surgeries or other so-called forms of “gender-affirming” care. CPAC opposes measures that encourage and promote the mutilation of minors and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 23, 2023 by a vote of 68-62 and the bill later became law.
