Vote Description
The Perryman amendment to HF 5363 allows for delays in the implementation of Minnesota’s paid leave law. CPAC supports this effort to fight against Minnesota’s paid leave mandate and supported this amendment. The House defeated this amendment on May 15, 2024 by a vote of 62-66.
