This bill allows illegal immigrants to receive driver’s licenses within the state of Minnesota, the likes of which will be dubbed “noncompliant licenses.” CPAC opposes measures that incentivize illegal immigration and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 21, 2023 by a vote of 34-31 and the bill later became law.
