This bill requires driver’s licenses issued by the state of Missouri to indicate that the holder is a citizen of the United States. CPAC supports efforts to counteract the nefarious and damaging efforts of other states to give licenses to illegal immigrants and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 27, 2024 by a vote of 108-46 but the bill did not become law.
