Vote Description

This bill expands the amount of tax credits that may be given to qualified investors under the Mississippi Small Business Investment Company Act by $45,000,000. CPAC opposes government favoritism toward certain businesses and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 13, 2023 by a vote of 111-6 and the bill later became law.
