Joining the Interstate Dental Compact
2025 - Mississippi House of Representatives
Vote Description
This bill authorizes Mississippi to join the interstate dental licensure pact that allows out of state dentists and dental hygienists to practice in Mississippi. CPAC supports these pacts that allow patients easier access to dental care and supported this bill. The House passed the bill on February 11, 2025 by a vote of 113-0 but the bill died in a conference committee.
