This bill requires online service providers to verify the age of their users if their website contains material deemed harmful to minors. CPAC supports efforts to protect minors from harmful material on the Internet and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 24, 2024 by a vote of 51-0 and the bill later became law.
