This bill sets up restrictions on union organizing by requiring a secret ballot, not voluntarily disclosing employees’ personal information, among other provisions. CPAC supports protecting employee privacy and supported this bill. The Senate passed the bill on April 1, 2025 by a vote of 26-15 but the bill was never given final approval.
