Vote Description
This bill prohibits businesses from allowing minors to enter their premises while they are hosting sexually oriented performances. It also prohibits public libraries from hosting sexually oriented performances. CPAC opposes the exposure of minors to perverse sexual activity and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on May 2, 2023 by a vote of 63-33 and the bill later became law.
