This bill prohibits the government from forming contracts with companies that are engaged in a boycott of the firearms industry. CPAC supports efforts to disincentivize discrimination against this industry and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 21, 2023 by a vote of 33-16 and the bill later became law.
