This bill prohibits schools from taking disciplinary action against students that refer to another person using pronouns that correspond to their sex. CPAC believes that students should not be penalized for refusing to affirm transgender ideology and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 7, 2023 by a vote of 30-20 and the bill later became law.
