Vote Description
This bill clarifies that illegal immigrants may not vote in the state of Montana. This bill was passed in reaction to attempts by certain Democrats to allow illegal immigrants to vote in elections. CPAC believes that only citizens should be permitted to vote and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 14, 2023 by a vote of 34-16 and the bill later became law.
