Vote Description
This bill bans the application of TikTok from the state of Montana. This means that nobody may download or use TikTok in Montana. CPAC supports appropriate efforts to further the US’ security interests and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 2, 2023 by a vote of 30-20 and the bill later became law.
