This bill prohibits the government from entering into certain contracts with companies without also having the company affirm that they will not boycott Israel. CPAC supports the continued existence of Israel, believes that the US should continue its close partnership with Israel, and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 29, 2023 by a vote of 43-3 and the bill later became law.
