This bill legalizes the carrying of handguns in Nebraska without a permit. CPAC supports the founders’ belief in the Second Amendment, supports constitutional carry laws, and supported this bill. The legislature passed the bill on April 19, 2023 by a vote of 33-14 and the bill later became law.
