Vote Description

This motion calls for the reconsideration of an amendment that greatly increases the amount of funds apportioned to Nebraska’s bureaucracy for the purpose of administering mental health services and behavioral health aid. CPAC opposes this attempted increase in funding toward the bureaucracy and opposed this motion. The Senate defeated this motion on March 19, 2024 by a vote of 18-24.
