Vote Description
This bill requires law enforcement agencies to inform the surrounding populace of any federal immigration checkpoints that are to be set up in the area. CPAC opposes measures that hinder the enforcement of federal immigration law and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 9, 2023 by a vote of 221-152 but the bill never became law.
