HB 679 requires a vaccine be proven to prevent the transmission of disease before being made mandatory for school children. CPAC believes that this is a logical improvement to existing vaccine requirements and supports this bill. HB 679 was passed by the New Hampshire House of Representatives in a 204-165 vote on March 27, 2025, but the Senate found it inexpedient to legislate.
