This bill allows the state Public Employee Labor Relations board to certify collective bargaining units composed of 5 people, a decrease from the initial 10. CPAC opposes the promotion of labor unions and opposed this bill. The Senate defeated this bill on May 18, 2023 by a vote of 12-12.
