This bill attempts to require that students meet a certain income threshold to qualify for New Hampshire’s school choice programs every year instead of just once in their lifetimes. CPAC supports the promotion of school choice and opposed this bill. The Senate voted against passing this bill on March 9, 2023 by a vote of 14-10.
