Vote Description
This bill repeals a provision from public law that prevented gun manufacturers from being sued over the improper use of their product. CPAC believes that companies should not be held liable for the improper use of their product in this way and opposed this bill. The Senate voted against passing this bill on March 16, 2023 by a vote of 14-10.
