Vote Description
This resolution proposes a constitutional amendment that would declare that people have the right to have an abortion. CPAC believes abortion is always a human tragedy, believes that there exists no such right, and opposed this resolution. The Senate voted to defeat this resolution on February 15, 2024 by a vote of 14-9.
