Vote Description

SB 211, also known as the Protection of Women’s Sports Act, mandates that biological sex be the basis of determining whether someone is eligible to compete in men’s or women’s sports at state PreK-12 schools and universities. It also allows those who are harmed by noncompliance of this statute to seek relief. CPAC believes in protecting women’s achievements, and it supports this bill. SB 211 passed the New Hampshire Senate in a 16-8 vote on March 27, 2025, but the House has not voted on the bill.
