SB 34
Requiring Parental Consent Before Adding a Medicaid-Funded Treatment
2025 - New Hampshire Senate
Vote Description

SB 34 requires schools to receive parental consent before adding a new Medicaid-funded treatment for a minor child. CPAC believes that parents should have ultimate say about their child’s healthcare, and it supports this bill. SB 34 passed the New Hampshire Senate in a 16-8 vote on March 6, 2025, but the House did not bring it to a vote before the end of the legislative session.
