This bill establishes the Office of Financial Assistance to help businesses access the financial assistance offered by the government. CPAC believes that this expansion of the bureaucracy is completely unnecessary and opposed this bill. The Assembly passed this bill on June 30, 2023 by a vote of 53-24 but the bill had not become law as of the end of 2023.
