This bill requires the Commissioner of Health to establish a website that educates people about the fictitious right to abortion created under New Jersey state law. The bill also requires the website to depict the locations of abortion clinics in New Jersey and how one can receive health insurance coverage for such abortions. CPAC believes abortion is always a human tragedy, believes that the state should not promote its practice, and opposed this bill. The Assembly passed this bill on June 30, 2023 by a vote of 48-23 and the bill later became law.
