This bill establishes a program designed to help small businesses “establish their presence on the Internet.” CPAC believes that the government should refrain from transforming itself into a giant consulting firm and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on December 11, 2023 by a vote of 34-0 and the bill later became law.
