This bill encourages workers to strike by making it easier for workers to collect unemployment benefits during labor disputes. CPAC recognizes that this provision encourages laborers to strike, further recognizes that this provision will severely damage employers, and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 20, 2023 by a vote of 25-11 and the bill later became law.
