Vote Description
This bill authorizes school districts to contract for electric school buses. CPAC opposes this step in the Green Agenda when school districts are authorized to violate tax limitations and opposed this bill. The Senate passed the bill on June 28, 2024 by a vote of 27-13 and the bill later became law.
