Shipping Box Mandate
2024 - New Jersey Senate
Vote Description
This bill prohibits shipping a box that is greater that two times the volume of the shipped product. CPAC believes this mandate is the dictionary definition of micro-managing and opposed the bill. The Senate passed the bill on June 28, 2024 by a vote of 21-15 but the bill was not taken up by the Assembly.
