Vote Description
This bill advocates the establishment of a public health institute in New Jersey that will “study” the causes of health disparity, among other issues. CPAC believes that there is already too much bureaucracy in the healthcare system and opposed this bill. The Senate passed the bill on March 24, 2025 by a vote of 24-15 and the bill later passed the Senate.
