Vote Description
This bill prohibits insurance plans from imposing cost-sharing requirements on customers for treatments of sexually transmitted diseases. CPAC does not believe that people should be forced to subsidize other people’s poor sexual decision-making, opposes insurance mandates, and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 15, 2023 by a vote of 42-23 and the bill later became law.
