Vote Description
This bill makes various unfavorable changes to election law. For example, it changes Public Records provisions such that it is now more difficult for voters to determine whether a candidate lives within their jurisdiction. CPAC opposes measures that decrease election transparency and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 14, 2023 by a vote of 44-25 and the bill later became law.
