Vote Description
This bill restricts state and local cooperation with federal immigration enforcement under the guise of protecting immigrant safety, limiting information-sharing and certain enforcement activities. CPAC opposes sanctuary-style measures that undermine federal immigration law and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on 2025-03-07 by a vote of 35-25. The bill did not become law.
