This bill requires school districts to semiannually provide the following information about their employees to unions recognized by the school district: their names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, work contact numbers, and work locations. CPAC does not believe that the government should work on behalf of unions and opposed this bill. The Assembly passed this bill on April 14, 2023 by a vote of 28-14 but Governor Lombardo vetoed the bill.
