Vote Description
This bill prohibits individuals under the age of 21 from using or handling semi-automatic shotguns or rifles. CPAC believes that adults should be permitted to handle such firearms, supports the founders’ belief in the Second Amendment, and opposed this bill. The Assembly passed this bill on April 21, 2023 by a vote of 26-14 but Governor Lombardo vetoed the bill.
