This bill establishes the Office of Entrepreneurship, the likes of which will work to strengthen policies and programs supporting the growth of entrepreneurship in the state. CPAC opposes expansions in the size of the bureaucracy, opposes measures that empower its central planning efforts, and opposed this bill. The Assembly passed this bill on June 5, 2023 by a vote of 30-12 and the bill later became law.
