Vote Description
This bill requires employers to offer at least 12 weeks of paid family and medical leave to their employees. CPAC believes that employees should negotiate their own salaries and benefits with employers and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 25, 2023 by a vote of 17-4 but Governor Lombardo vetoed the bill.
