Vote Description

This bill requires the Governor's budget to include more detailed information on collective bargaining agreements and extends timelines for negotiating, mediating, and arbitrating contracts with executive-branch unions, backed by new appropriations. CPAC opposes measures that further entrench public-employee unions and pressure budgets toward higher spending and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on 2025-06-02 by a vote of 21-0. The bill later became law.
