Vote Description
This bill requires that contractors working on projects wherein they are required to excavate or use streets pay their workers the prevailing wage. CPAC opposes measures that grossly increase the cost of government projects for taxpayers and opposed this bill. The Assembly passed this bill on June 8, 2023 by a vote of 132-16 and the bill later became law.
