This bill requires certain corporate government agencies to have as a member at least one individual who is a member of a labor organization. CPAC opposes the infiltration of unions into the government and opposed this bill. The Assembly passed this bill on May 29, 2024 by a vote of 128-19 but the bill did not become law.
